The food gave the beautiful view a run for its money as I couldnt take my eyes off either. Friendly staff & an interesting menu make it feel like a new but familiar hang out. Definitely adding it to our rotation of places to frequent.

I really enjoyed our meal, from food to service all good. Nothing overpriced. Our server was friendly and attentive! The oysters were amazing, and 6 for 10, not a bad deal. The chicken with pineapple and a glaze was good, but I'm not a fan of the little wing attached, and it was a bit dry. The house salad was huge for 6 dollars! Free hushpuppies!! Views great! I'm not easy to please but left happy and satisfied!

Yummy dinner with delicious cocktails! Great view of the river while dining! We loved our 6oz filet mignons, loaded baked potatoes and salads. Topped off with the baked cookie sundae!

100% best steak I have ever had. I ordered the filet mignon with Oscar topping (grilled asparagus and hollandaise sauce). Everyone at my table said the food was amazing as well. It wasn’t highly overpriced or anything delicious meal.

For Mother's Day, my kids wanted to take me out to eat. They let me choose the place. I had been once for lunch the hamburger was WOW! The atmosphere WOW! So I chose to go that Saturday. It was crazy busy and they don't take reservations. It was 5pm but it only took 20-30 minutes to get a booth. Ethan was our server. He was so good, it felt like we were his only table! We had appetizers, gumbo, crayfish & spinach dip with crayfish tails, awesome virgin drinks, all sorts of wonderful taste bud pleasers! I ordered The Chop! Take a look!

One of my favorite places in town to eat. The food here is simply amazing, it never disappoints. Their drinks sure won't let you down either staff is always so friendly.

We had lunch here after visiting Ruby Falls and it was wonderful. The bread service is hush puppies and jalapeno cornbread which were so good, then we had the fish and chips and a bowl of gumbo. The gumbo is close to the top of my favorite gumbos I've ever had, the sausage and crawfish were so good!! The fish and chips were really good as well, we didn't expect it to be so good in fact! The view is worth eating there, right on the river with boats coming in and out, it made lunch more fun! The other food looked great as well, and the specials sounded so good! We will be back!

Had an amazing meal at Scottie’s on the River! I started with a dozen oysters—super fresh and full of flavor—then had a wedge salad and the firecracker shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous too, which is always a bonus. Others in our group got the fish and chips and raved about them. The fish was fried just right—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—and the house salad was fresh and plentiful. On top of the great food, the view is spectacular. Sitting right on the Tennessee River made the whole experience even better. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and a perfect spot to enjoy an evening. I’ll definitely be back!
